The PLIH series 1 Flute Solid Carbide solid carbide chamfer router for aluminium diebond or alcubond grooving and folding, not recommended in plastics.
Features & Benefits
- Solid carbide milling cutter designed to groove and fold ACM panels like Dibond® or Alucobond® as well as aluminum (use coolant to cut aluminum)
- This cutter gives better surface finish, higher cutting speeds and effective chip evacuation
- Available with various chamfer angles including, 45°, 54° and 67.5°
- This geometry is not recommended in plastics
