Excellent value through coolant carbide shank boring bar suitable for use with DCMT style turning inserts (also suitable for DCGT, DCGW, DCET, DCHT etc). Carbide shank boring bars offer higher levels of rigidity compared to steel shank versions, thus allow for higher accuracy in deep hole machining with no vibration. Through coolant boring bars prolong tool life by directing coolant right to the cutting edge whilst also assisting with swarf evacuation.. The SDQCR/L have a Screw On Clamp style clamping system with a 107.5° degree approach angle. Available in both left and right hand, these boring bars are made by Teknik, offering excellent value and cost efficiency.
